Welcome to Mel’s Mobile Fitness
It is my pleasure to introduce you to Mel’s Mobile Fitness, where people of all fitness levels in the WNY area will find a home. Our approach to fitness is to create a fun, vibrant atmosphere in various locations throughout the Buffalo community, both indoors and out! A supportive coach will always assist you with your individual needs and long-term fitness goals. We do this through varied formats of physical movement in boot camp classes, running groups, nutritional counseling, and one-on one- training.
Our small class sizes are designed to provide individualized attention, which in turn will deliver the best results and allow you to build friendships and have fun! We take pride in educating and listening to our members, while gently pushing you to your limits.
Our programs are unlike traditional exercise, which focus on building major muscle groups, one muscle at a time. At Mel’s Mobile Fitness, we focus on strengthening all the muscles in your body from large to small through Functional Training. This type of training recruits and integrates all muscles, which is how we move in life and sport.
Mel’s mission is to constantly innovate, evolve and reach for new fitness techniques and formats to keep her clients challenged and motivated. Whatever your fitness level is, she will help you feel confident and challenged. Let Mel help you on your journey to inner and outer well-being.
